Step 2: Paid Learning
Begin hands-on, paid training in core urban forestry skills, Green Stormwater Infrastructure (GSI), Desert Smart Irrigation, Sustainable Landscape Management, Tree Care & Climbing, Tree Monitoring & Maintenance, and Tree Removal & Chipping. No prior experience needed.
Step 3: Industry Exposure
Work alongside instructors and meet industry professionals during site visits, special workshops, and community projects. Learn what it’s like on real job sites and in the field.
Step 4: Internship Opportunities
Learners have the opportunity to interview for short-term paid internships hosted by trusted industry or nonprofit partners, building your resume and experience in real time.
Step 5: Job & Business Pathways
Graduates are supported in finding jobs, apprenticeships, or launching their own services. From pruning to planting, chipping to consulting. You’ll leave with tools, connections, and useful skills.
